Founded on care, built on purpose
Grace Haven was founded by a healthcare professional who witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of unstable housing on vulnerable individuals. Too many people — seniors aging without support, veterans overlooked by the system, adults caught in cycles of crisis — simply had nowhere safe to land.
Established in 2024, Grace Haven Community Living LLC was created to fill that gap with intentionality. We provide not just a bed, but a structured, compassionate home environment designed to help each resident stabilize, heal, and move forward.
